This role will provide experience
and training in all aspects of HR and employment best practice, business
administration, accounts and digital and face to face marketing.
List of duties:
Call
handling from clients.
Managing
the client relationship in terms of systems, billing etc.
Supporting
HR clients with the production of employment documents.
Referring
queries to our team of advisors (this role to develop following training).
Liaison
with employment lawyers and associate advisors.
Upkeep of
customer CRM function.
Managing
website and email marketing system.
Management
and promotion of the Breathe HR management system.
Use of
Xero accounts package, creating invoices and credit control function.
Attending
networking events to represent the company.

Training
You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) working towards your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
Minimum
Grade 4/C for Maths and English
