SalaryWe are currently supporting a financial services organisation based in Redditch, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team for 3 months on a full-time basis (37.5 hours).
The role offers an hourly rate of £13-14ph PAYE, with 3 days per week working from home, and 2 days in Redditch.
The ideal candidate will have experience working supporting a HR team in an administrative capacity.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to a busy HR team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
- Supporting with first line queries to the HR team, passing through to the appropriate team and updating the HR system
- Screening candidates for vacancies and arranging interviews
- Supporting on HR project work such as the roll out of new HR system modules and the rewriting of policies
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
