Job description

Job Title: HR Administrator (Maternity cover)
Location: Monmouth
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (3.00pm if required for the right candidate) Weekend availability to cover holidays - fixed term contract until October
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a HR Administrator to work for a company based in Monmouth. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave until the end of October.
Main job roles

  • Processing and reporting absence data
  • Managing our attendance system
  • Drafting offer documents
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Managing leaver administration
  • General administrative duties to support the team
  • Answering emails and phone calls
  • Filing

Required experience

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • HR experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator
