Job Title: HR Administrator (Maternity cover)
Location: Monmouth
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm (3.00pm if required for the right candidate) Weekend availability to cover holidays – fixed term contract until October
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a HR Administrator to work for a company based in Monmouth. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave until the end of October.

- Processing and reporting absence data
- Managing our attendance system
- Drafting offer documents
- Onboarding of new employees
- Managing leaver administration
- General administrative duties to support the team
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Filing
Required experience
- Previous administration experience is essential
- HR experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Confident communicator
