Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a globally known biotech company. They are looking for an HR Administrator who is customer-obsessed, agile, and audacious. Day to Day of the role:- Proactively manage tickets from employees via the HR ticket system.
- Assist with day-to-day HR policy and process queries.
- Schedule interviews supporting Talent Acquisition team.
- Process, file, and distribute confidential reports and documents.
- Coordinate induction sessions for onboarding new employees.
- Support the HR team with the coordination of training sessions.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally at all levels.
- A proactive outlook with a learning mindset.
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
- Determination and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
