The Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our HR team in the Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and fun team, and gain exposure to a variety of HR areas. Experience working within a HR team would be preferred but not essential.
This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 15 hours per week, over 3 days, ideally on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and we are happy to discuss this. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover.)
As a HR Administrator at Tees some of your duties will include:
- Providing day to day HR administrative support for the HR function
- Playing a key role in the processing of onboarding and offboarding
- Dealing with requests for information
- Dealing with first line HR queries
- Ability to work in a planned and organised way along with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of requests at one time
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in an administration focused role
- Accurate recording of information and attention to detail
- Customer service and community focus
- Professional, polite, enthusiastic and welcoming approach
