What you'll be doing
We are looking for a HR Administrator to provide effective and efficient administration support to the HR team, as well as to internal and external customers, and to ensure the efficient production of HR data and optimisation of HR systems.
This role would suit someone with a passion for getting involved with, or learning to, develop and maintain HR Systems and processes.
- Maintain HR system data and its integrity through reviews and scrutiny and by educating and supporting users who use the system.
- Manage queries and requests that come through to the HR team.
- Assist with reporting and metrics, including audits preparation;
- Assist colleagues to develop and improve HR systems, providing advice/training to users and assisting with data migration where required.
- Prepare documentation relating to the whole employee life cycle in line with data protection requirements, to ensure accurate, easily accessible data.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Evidence of competence in HR administrative processes/procedures.
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS office including Word and Excel, and ideally maintaining data, HR systems.
- Ability to work accurately, methodically and meet deadlines, with a problem solving mindset.
- Ability to use own initiative and work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve objectives and manage conflicting priorities.
- Understanding of best practices in people management.
- Experience of using Iris Cascade would be an advantage.
