HR Administrator
Location: Manchester Trafford Park (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
Duration: 6 months
Pay: £18.19/hour
The role will support the team with recruitment, onboarding, data management and team administration. You will provide excellent administrative support at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Process new joiners, internal changes and terminations on Success Factor
- Request, review and issue employee letters
- Report on all aspects of people data, ensuring accuracy of data
- Administer the end to end recruitment process, raising job requisition, screen CVs, liaising with hiring managers and making offers
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for the team
- Work with payroll to ensure Success Factors and payroll are always in sync, and make sure that payroll changes and benefits are processed in a timely manner
- Work with IT to issue and return laptops and mobile devices for new joiners/leavers
Experience required:
- Generalist HR admin - covering the full employee lifecycle
- Excellent attention to detail and be comfortable reviewing and analysing data
- Excellent communication skills
- Some in-house recruitment admin experience preferred but not essential
