HR Advisor needed in Cornwall £15.33ph ref 5249899

We’re looking for a skilled HR expert to undertake the following areas of HR work:

-              Employment casework (grievances, conduct and capability cases, sickness absence management cases)

You will ideally be CIPD qualified, possess sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the principles of good practice in all aspects of people management. 

You will have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both employees, trade unions and managers at all levels. 

You will need to be based in Cornwall and have a full driving license and access to a car

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
