Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 Per Annum, Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours
Location: South Liverpool
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (also flexible for 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm)
We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a globally known client at their head office in the South Liverpool area.
As a HR Advisor, you will be expected to responsible for the effective development, maintenance and management of the company’s HR policies and procedures.
Additional, key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that Line Managers are supported with their business and HR needs alongside carrying out the most up to date legislation guidelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for the company’s management team.
• Provide effective administrative support for all HR related matters.
• Provide HR policy training to all managers.
• Provide the management with all HR lead data and matters.

 
Requirements:

• Hold a CIPD Level 3 (minimum) qualification
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Understanding the need to handle confidential and sensitive information and have full awareness of GDPR regulations
