The Role
Our client an award-winning international law firm with an excellent reputation in the market is currently looking to recruit an Assistant HR Advisor for their busy HR team.
The key responsibilities of the role will be to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the HR team, supporting all team members to ensure a professional, responsive service is provided to the firm.

The Responsibilities

• Maintain current and accurate HR checklists and trackers in order to meet deadlines, and produce timely monthly management reports
• Produce offer letters, contracts, and welcome packs, create personnel files
• Deal with all aspects of employee absence, including family leave and sickness
• Assist with various employee relation matters
• Coordinate probation process to ensure effective onboarding
• Deal accurately with the e-filing of documents
• Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client documentation and/or information

The Candidate

• Previous experience as an administrator in a professional services environment
• Ability to work as part of a team from a shared inbox, and ability to communicate and work well with others
• Active listening and interpersonal skills, organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, time management and Prioritisation skills

The ideal candidate need to hold a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification and have a proven track record as well as keen interest in HR Advisory.
