The Role
Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of Private Insurance Clients.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development of the firm’s Professional Indemnity Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Professional Indemnity/Professional Negligence. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated and organised Solicitor with ambition, to provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The role involves working closely with Partners on high value Professional Indemnity claims, both litigated and pre-action, and will include liaising with barristers and experts. The role can include litigating some of the largest professional indemnity claims in the country, working with leading lawyers, Counsel and experts.
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE
- Ideally will have experience in Construction, Solicitors, Financial negligence
- Must have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically
- Have proficient IT skills
- Have the aptitude, drive and determination to work at the cutting edge of defence litigation
