The Role:
As a Senior Associate Director/Director Designate, you will play a pivotal role in our Bristol office. You will oversee all aspects of Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, and Project Management functions, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for their clients. Expertise in dispute resolution and experience in managing large-scale projects will be highly advantageous. This role will have 3 direct reports and will be responsible for servicing clients in the South West region.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, ideally with experience in EA and Expert Witness services. You should have a proven track record in managing construction costs effectively and resolving disputes. Experience with pre and post-contract work and Contract Administration is essential, along with strong people management skills. You should be ambitious, driven, and eager to expand your network.
