SalaryEllis Mason are recruiting for a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR for a reputable business to business retailer in Stevenage.
This an exciting opportunity for a junior level candidate that has an interest in both Customer Services and Marketing. The company will fully train on all aspect of the position and are looking for somebody with a positive working attitude. You will be working with a small but highly supportive team in a pleasant working environment.
The role of the MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR will include Administration, Customer Services, Database Management and Marketing and is paying a salary between £20,000 to £23,000 per annum on a Monday to Friday working week of 40 hours.

THE JOB
- Sending promotional items
- Email campaign management
- Ensuring the company database is kept up to date
- Making sales calls to existing customers
- Organise and send out samples and brochures.
- Liaising with suppliers
- Handling all incoming outgoing telephone calls and emails
- General administration such as quotations, holiday and more
- Handling all incoming and outgoing post
- Creating reports
