HR Advisor
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Darlington

Duties:
· Continuous improvement to achieve all targets for operational performance.
· Managing administration of holidays, appraisals, 121’s etc
· Managing hiring processes; job descriptions, Interviews and work along Training Department
· Monitor recruitment metrics, like turnover and retention rates.
· Address employee requests and potential issues.
· Absence Management
· Occasional travel to local sites
· Manage employee relations
· Maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
· CIPD Level 3 or above
· Previous experience working as a HR Advisor or similar
· Clean and tidy appearance.
· Professional, structured and organised approach.
· Computer literate.
· Excellent, interpersonal skills to communicate on all levels.
