Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organisation’s goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including change management, employee relations, and organisational restructuring.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the identification and selection of top talent to meet the company's evolving needs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering support and guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to up-skill managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and change management principles.
- Previous experience working with clients or stakeholders to deliver HR solutions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
