Higher education establishment looking for an experienced HR Advisor
Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to cover an internal secondment. You will be working in a small team, advising and guiding managers on disciplinaries/grievances, bullying and harassment, absence management and all employee lifecycle queries. This is a hybrid role, you will be on site an average of 2 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, CIPD Level 5
* Strong ER experience
* Experienced in working with senior stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
* 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Hybrid role - approx 2 days on site.
* 36.25 hour working week
