HR Advisor - Staffordshire
We have an exciting Permanent opportunity available for a HR Advisor based in Staffordshire, ST19. Salary £34k-£37k, full time 37 hours per week, hybrid working.
Role
You will be working as part of a dedicated HR Team to provide a comprehensive and efficient Generalist HR service including.

• The management of recruitment/selection
• Absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring, flexible working, and the implementation of family friendly policies.
• To effectively support the achievement of the HR Strategy and KPI's.

Skills and Experience HR Advisor

• CIPD level 7
• Experience of working as a HR Officer/Advisor role
• Experience in handling Disciplinary and Grievances ER Cases, multiple difficult and complex cases
• Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice
• Proven experience of recruitment & selection
• An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
