Key Responsibilities
- Support with recruitment - advertising roles, arranging interviews and conducting pre-employment checks
- Employee life-cycle administration including issuing offer letters and contracts and contract amendments
- Conduct exit interviews for leavers and produce leaver documents
- Input and maintain employee data on the HRIS
- Keep track of any payroll changes
- Collate data for HR reports
- Assist with HR events, meetings and support with management and employee communications
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) or studying towards
- Previous experience within HR is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in using HR systems and MS Office
- Due to travel to some other company locations, a full UK driving licence is required
