Ashley Kate HR are proud to be partnering with a Birmingham based not for profit, Housing organisation on their search for an Interim HR Officer to join the team to cover a maternity leave, this role will be standalone so previous autonomy experience is required for this position.
Interim HR Officer
Salary: GBP25,900
Based in Birmingham
Full Time / 12 Month FTC
This will be a pivotal role for the business as this person will be dealing with the end to end recruitment, a wide range of HR responsibilities, and ensuring payroll is prepared for the third party provider.
Role and Responsibilities:
Updating the HR System with changes
Manage the HR inbox, answering queries quickly and efficiently, and passing queries on to other members of the team as needed
Undertake the HR induction for all new starters and oversee the Induction
Prepare recruitment adverts for the ATS and external online job boards
Prepare interview timetables, liaising with and advising hiring managers on recruitment processes
Produce conditional offers and obtain written references, as well as medical and Right to Work information, ensuring full compliance is met for all new starters
Candidate Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 Qualified
Proven HR background
Up to date Employment Law knowledge
Payroll administration experience
Strong and recent Recruitment and administration experience
Experience liaising with key hiring managers at all levels throughout the business
