REED HR are currently working with market leaders in their field and a fantastic company to work for, they are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor (CIPD is preferred)

If you have previous experience within a HR Consultant, HR Officer, HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor role and are looking to for a new role within a market leading company, then send your CV in for immediate consideration ASAP!

THE ROLE:

• Working with employees and managers to give them advice.
• Providing employees with support through our welfare process.
• Training managers on all employee relations issues.
• Advising on and facilitating disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Resolving long-term absences.
• Offering advice across all departments and divisions of the business.
• Making high-level decisions in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 site meetings a month

THE PERSON:

• Employee relations experience essential
• The ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.
• Proven knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Fantastic communication and influencing skills.
