Hr Advisor

HR ADVISOR
MON FRI 9AM - 5PM

Up to GBP31,000 PER ANNUM DOE

KPI Recruiting are working in conjunction with an established, family owned company based near Hesketh Bank. Due to consistent growth and expansion, we are recruiting for a HR Advisor to work alongside the Head of HR.
Duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for HR related matters
• Assisting management with ER matter
• Overseeing HR inboxes and telephone lines
• Writing and posting job advertisements and shortlisting applications appropriately, working closely with the recruitment team
• Assisting with training and induction co-ordination
• Maintaining staff records on internal system, ensuring to stay in line with GDPR guidelines and maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Assisting HR manager with disciplinaries and appraisals, taking notes in meetings as required
• Building relationships with managers to ensure teams are working to optimal performance

You will need to have:

• Proven experience within the HR/recruitment function of a business - CIPD Level 3 or above
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Confident in using office software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to communicate verbally at all levels
• Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities
