Purpose of the role
The Senior HR Advisor will work operationally across our UK Sites, collaborating with key stakeholders you will proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and lead solutions in support of strategic goals and operational business performance.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the UK HR team, the post holder will:
Assist the Head of HR by executing activities that will deliver the People Strategy
Deliver solutions for tactical people issues, using expert advice and ensuring consistency in the application of policy, processes and practice
Work in partnership with line managers to resolve employee relations issues.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop their skills and confidence managing HR issues
Provide accurate and timely support for all generalist HR activities associated with the employee life cycle and where required support with administrative processing
Coordinate occupational health provision, liaising with line managers and escalating where necessary
Support business change and continuous improvement by leading and supporting the delivery of HR initiatives
Lead and participate in HR Projects connected to our People Strategy
Contribute to the successful use of performance management systems.
Work with the wider HR Team to prepare and analyse HR metrics
Maintain HR records within the HRIS in line with GDPR requirements
