SalaryWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a global technology company. This is an exciting new role to the company and they are keen to find a strong People Advisor that is looking to progress in their career and join a team of passionate individuals who are collaboratively working together to provide the best customer experience possible. This company also provides employees with activity days and social events to give employees time to unwind. You will be working in a team of 3, looking after a current headcount of just over 100 employees.
What you will be doing:
- You will have a key role in shaping and driving the people strategy
- Delivering a range of HR solutions tailored to the company
- Coach, support and influence managers and employees regarding HR matters
- Provide effective advice and interventions holding managers to account on their approach to leadership.
- Leading recruitment campaigns and working with agencies
- Leading Employee Engagement / Employee Relations matters including performance and absence management, grievance and disciplinary
- Acting as a mentor to the People Coordinator
