Hr Advisor

Your new company
This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing care provider in the East Yorkshire area as a HR Advisor. This role will work closely with the managers and directors of the company to support on safer recruitment, staff appraisals as well as updating polices and procedures.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager and the Business Manager, you will take the lead on supporting the business with the safer recruitment of staff into the care team.
You will lead on performance management, appraisals and supervisions, giving up-to-date effective HR guidance to the wider leadership team.
An important part of this role is managing and tracking staff absence in-line with company policies.
You will have experience of effectively supporting large staff teams and have managed grievance and disciplinary meetings.
From a strategic point of view, you will work alongside the leadership team on workforce planning to support the ongoing growth of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or an experienced HR Administrator looking to develop their career within HR.

You MUST have a minimum of CIPD Level 3 to be considered for the position.
Experience of employee relations is essential.

What you'll get in return
Salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE
Monday-Friday, working 9am-5pm
Some hybrid working may be considered but, due to the nature of the business, on-site working is preferred.
28 days annual leave (increases by 1 day for 2 years long-service)
