We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's friendly HR team as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting investigations and disciplinary procedures within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
* Assist in conducting investigations related to employee misconduct or policy violations.
* Support the HR team in implementing disciplinary actions as per company guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
* Collaborate with managers and HR personnel to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
* Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
The successful HR Advisor should have:
* Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on investigations and disciplinary procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
