Large local employer looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident in dealing with face-to-face ER cases.
Your new role
- This is a generalist role where you will advise managers on absence, health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, recruitment, organisational change and the range of employment and employee relations matters.
- You will manage your own area of case work, including complex casework, and attend Employment Tribunals as required.
- Liaising with Occupational Health and partner agencies who look to support employees back to work. Attend meetings as required.
- Assist and advise on recruitment
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Minimum CIPD level 3
- Strong knowledge of employment law and minimum of 12 month ER experience.
