HR Advisor – Nottingham – £35,000 - £40,000
Chase & Holland are delighted to be supporting an established company based in Nottingham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a leading global innovator in their sector who are going through a period of substantial growth. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to add real value to the current HR team. As the HR Advisor, you will be supporting the organisation with their people requirements and driving forward their People Strategy. You will have a genuine passion for HR and be keen to grow your HR career. We are looking for someone with some HR experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with SLT, you’ll steer, shape, and deliver the people plan to drive forward people excellence building strong and collaborative relationships
• Deliver a range of HR solutions tailored and appropriate for the company and/or individual department teams on new ways of working, talent and succession planning, wellbeing, and employee experience
• Coach, support and influence our managers and employees on all people ‘lifecycle’ issues and the overall people agenda, as well as providing effective advice and interventions
• Leading on recruitment campaigns, working closely with agencies, to ensure we’re continuously adding great talent to the company
• Lead on ER matters, both formal and informal, to include performance and absence management, grievance and disciplinary
• Acts as a mentor/coach to the HR team as part of the continued people growth and development approach

Required Skills & Experience:

• Business partnering skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
• Excellent written oral and communication skills
