My client is an Award-Winning Logistics company, boasting an international reputation and massive growth plans over the next 5 years. They are currently seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis to join their friendly and collaborative HR team.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will deliver a proactive HR Generalist service to a division of the business. You will be responsible in advising and supporting managers and staff on day to day employee relations matters including disciplinary, capability, grievance, performance management, bullying and harassment and probation issue, ensuring policies are followed and risks managed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for a new challenge and committed to providing value to a HR function.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience of providing advice and support to senior managers
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
