Hr Advisor

Starting salary £39,382 per annum with potential progression to £42,383 per annum inclusive on achieving designated skills and experience

37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)

This is an exciting time to be joining the HR Team at Welwyn Hatfield. The team is at the forefront in supporting our Senior Leadership Team drive change across the organisation.

To achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional HR Advisor with strong generalist experience to join our small and friendly team which delivers HR support to over 400 employees.

Providing a professional HR service across all people-related matters, you will support our workforce as they deliver on our priorities for the Borough.

We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of employment law with proven employee relations experience and a working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

• Reward and benefits
• TUPE
