An exciting organisation based in Blackburn is seeking a HR Advisor to join their expanding, welcoming and friendly team.
HR Advisor
- Be the main contact for HR guidance.
- Prepare and handle disciplinaries and grievances, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Deal with HR queries, implementing policies for best practice.
- Assist and support on recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to HR initiatives.
- Support on payroll administration, offering advice.
- Will be well versed in MS Office to include Word and Excel.
- Will be used to working in fast paced environments.
