My clients a well-established, growing Freight forwarding company based within the Heathrow area. They are currently seeking a HR Advisor and Facilities Coordinator to join their team!
Duties would include:
- Interviewing candidates with the relevant managers
- Advertising roles
- Liaising with agencies
- Working on recruitment projects
- Preparing contract and offer letters
- Ensure all HR Processes are implemented
- Liasing with contracts, supplier and vendors when needed
- Overseeing all health and safety for the branch
- Respond to general queries relating to HR and HR databases
- On boarding starters
- Leading employee relations procedures (disciplinary, grievances, probation etc)
- Weekly meetings with Director
Skills required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- CIPD level 5/ Degree within HR
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good knowledge of Freight forwarding
- Outgoing
- Attention to detail
- PC literate
- Good communication skills
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday (days)
