HR Advisor - Employee Relations ER Specialist

Join this dynamic team in Liverpool as HR Advisor / Employee Relations (ER) Specialist, supporting people managers and HR professionals in resolving various people-related matters. Your role will be crucial in achieving positive outcomes for both the business and our valued employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:

• Promote a resolution-focused culture to enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Site HRBP and Legal Counsel for alignment on key ER issues.

People Manager Development:

• Coach, guide, and influence people managers on effective handling of people-related topics.
• Support training initiatives for people managers and local HR teams in collaboration with HRBP and Legal Counsel.

Escalation:

• Escalate complex cases or disputes to the Head of HR/HRBP and Legal Counsel.
• Provide support in preparing for employment tribunal cases.

Data Insights and Trend Analysis:

• Proactively contribute data insights on people trends and issues.
• Collaborate with the business to develop improvement strategies and successful People relations programs.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Data analysis experience, providing insights for positive Employee Relations
• Managing Employee Relations matters, specialising in long-term absence cases
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of UK employment legislation
• Relevant specialist employment law qualification or CIPD Associate/Chartered member

Salary Range & Benefits
