Job Description:
This role is a standalone HR position for a well established site in Hartlepool, you will be given autonomy to run the HR function of the site, assisting the senior leadership team with any HR queries and recruitment needs
Skills & experience:
* CIPD level 5 desirable- experience working within the HR function in a manufacturing company essential
* Good understanding of HR policies and procedures with the ability to assist and offer advice to hiring managers
* Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and other HR systems with a good understanding on how to create reports (absence, turnover and headcount) to share to the wider team
* Proactive approach to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with any legislation changes to UK employment law
* Experience managing conflict to achieve positive outcomes
