• Ability to work on your own initiative.

• Strong administrative experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining records and managing documents
• Manage the administration aspects of the recruitment, shortlisting and interview processes
• Liaising with agencies and applicants
• Update internal databases
• Support the daily operations of HR team
• Administering the new starter process
