HR Advisor opportunity - hybrid (focusing on employee relations)

- It's a full-time, permanent role and you'll be working 2-3 days in the office, and the rest from home.

The focus of this role is largely managing employee relations issues, so you'll be supporting Managers across the business. You may be dealing with absences, disciplinaries, grievances through to dismissals, complex ER cases, redundancies and TUPE. No two days will be the same!!
You'll also be travelling to other offices across the UK, (roughly once per month), so you must be flexible to travel.
