Hr Advisor

Kingswood Group are delighted to be recruiting a part time standalone HR Advisor role, to join a growing business, based in the City of London. This is a permanent, part time role with 3 days a week required on-site. 

To be successful in this role you will need demonstrable recent experience of working independently at HR Advisory level or similar. 

Duties to include; 

• Act as the main point of contact for all HR queries, including ER 
• Work closely with and support managers with HR best practice
• Manage recruitment processes 
• Create and support with training needs, supporting individuals and company objectives
• Coordinate the onboarding and induction for all new joiners 
• Design and deliver employee engagement campaigns 
• Develop HR processes and procedures 

Experience required; 

• Previous experience working a HR Advisory level or equivalent. 
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law 
• Able to work well independently 
• Strong communication skills, able influence and guide at all levels 

Salary £25-27k for part time 3 days per week + bonus and excellent benefits.
