Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: Up to 35,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid - 3 days from one of our 2 locations at Hemel Hempstead and then 2 days from home)
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Contract: 12 months
The role is to support the Depot and Frontline staff at the Council and requires the support of an experienced HR Generalist. Supporting the wider HR Team and the Senior management team, you must be able to work on your own initiative to provide a high level of HR support and advice to managers and employees.
Must Have -
- CIPD level 7
- HR generalist experience
- Experience in all HR transactional processes and managing casework.
