Info about what the role entails
They are looking for an established HR generalist who has experience and confidence in ER, recruitment and talent management. This will be the majority of the role scope however initially you will be supporting current HR in various system implementations and delivering training to various employee types.
Requirements of the HR Advisor 14 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
- Experienced with Employee Relations
- Proven System implementation support skills
- A clear and strong communicator, someone who is happy to deliver training to various employees.
