Hr Advisor - Resourcing

The Recruitment Co are currently working with a large public sector body who are currently seeking a Hr Advisor to join the team in Belfast City Centre.

Job Role

As a quality human resources services. You will provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting best practices in HR management.

The prime characteristics of the grade are the management and control of staffed resources in relation to recognised objectives requiring specific decisions to be made in relation to a variety of issues.

Requirements

Professional Registration Requirements
CIPD level or above

Additional Requirements

CIPD associate member or above
Year's Experience - 1 - 5 years
