Description
The role of HR Advisor Team Leader is a busy and fast-paced position. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Leading and managing a team of HR Advisors. This is a telephone-based advisory team, dealing with high-volume calls and supporting clients with a vast range of HR queries and Employee Relations matters
- Supporting the team to achieve the required targets, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring exceptional customer-services is delivered
- You will support the team with escalated/complex Employee Relations matters
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Driving staff engagement initiatives
Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor Team Leader' should have:
- Proven working experience as Team Leader or manager.
- Knowledge of HR including employee relations casework
- Ideally you will have a background within a high-volume, fast-paced contact centre or shared service centre environment
