We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's friendly HR team as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting investigations and disciplinary procedures within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
Assist in conducting investigations related to employee misconduct or policy violations.
Support the HR team in implementing disciplinary actions as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Collaborate with managers and HR personnel to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
The successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on investigations and disciplinary procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
