Dalton Recruitment is working with a market leading outsourced support services firm to help identify an HR Analyst who can take a lead role in their Working Practice Performance programme by ensuring all UK&I employees are compliant with the client's working practice procedures, policies and guidelines. Supporting the Heads of Compliance, HR, Finance & Operations, the successful candidate will travel to the contract sites and spend time monitoring employees behaviours aganst the guideline controls, identify compliance targets, gaps, recommend suitable improvements and drive these changes across various business functions.
This role will require travel on a national basis to visit customer sites to monitor employees behaviour and compliance against the HR policies and procedures, reporting what is found and evidencing their findings with appropriate recommendations on how to continually improve the adherence of behaviours in line with those set procedures. As such it will suit HR candidates with a degree of audit/compliance/controls experience in previous roles.
The position offers hybrid working with 2-3 days from home and 2-3 days visitng client sites, to include 1 day/week in their Surrey HQ.
Role Responsibilities to Include:
- Work with Operational Management, HR and Finance (stakeholders) to ensure that a comprehensive andappropriate working practice assurance programme is developed, documented and implemented.
- Support all stakeholders and their teams to develop their understanding around Working Practices and thesteps needed to ensure compliance.
- Drive specific actions across the business teams to increase Working Practices compliance, processes,business documentation.
- Perform and collate internal working practice audits, both remotely and by attending sites/contracts spreadgeographically across the UK.
- Monitor outputs for reporting, working with key functional leads to gatherappropriate evidence of controls.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Experience working with business processes, procedures and policies
- Thorough understanding of UK business legislation and law relating to Working Practices i.e. employment law
- Understanding and experience of the controls required to be compliant
- Understanding of and experience in implementing business internal standards
- Experience and knowledge of process management and controls
- Able to perform business and root-cause analysis
