HR and Payroll Consultant opportunity available on an Interim basis to start immediately working for a leading public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire. This role offers remote working with the requirement to go to their Sheffield office one day per week on average.
Immediate requirements are:
- Experience in pay modelling to develop a new pay and grading structure
- Excellent skills in data manipulation
- Experience of working with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams
- Experience of working with and maintaining establishment lists and organisational charts
- Cost modelling increments based on different spinal column points and long term resource planning
