Wild Recruitment are working alongside a well-known established brand, working as a HR and Payroll Coordinator. The Role- What you will be doing?
- Mange the payroll/ pension and benefits administration
- Manage new starter process and recruitment administration
- HR queries such as holidays, overtime, unpaid leave, and sickness
- TUPE & Acquisitions support
- Resolve employee issues from login queries and benefit queries
- Work closely with the payroll provider and build a strong rapport
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist with employee relation meetings
- Support the wider HR department with ad hoc duties
HR Administrator - About you?
- Experience in a previous HR Administration role
- Payroll exposure
- Strong excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Knowledge of employment legislation and employee benefits scheme
- A desire to work in HR
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and able to build strong working relationships
