About the Role:
As a HR and Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our HR and Recruitment functions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
HR Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain candidate HR files
- Support HR initiatives and projects
- Coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes
- Address employee concerns and implement HR procedures
- Promote a positive company culture
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Screen potential candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Complete pre-employment checks (references and DBS checks)
- Manage the onboarding process and finalise documentation
Salary and Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Entry level salary depending on experience
- 18 months fixed term contract
- Location - Southport
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a driven, highly organised individual who thrives in a supportive role. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with our HR team, colleagues, and new candidates.
Requirements:
- Clean driving license and access to a car (occasional travel required)
- 1 year of experience in HR/Administrative/Recruitment roles
- Grade C/5+ in GCSE Maths and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred
- Professional HR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Workspace HRIS systems is a plus
