Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Consultancy their new hire for a HR and Talent Development Manager.
As the HR and Talent Development Manager for you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational culture, managing human resources functions, and ensuring the development and well-being of their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR generalist who has keen interest in Talent Development.
Salary £55,000-£60,000
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the development of the learning curriculum
- Oversee the annual and 6 month review cycle
- Design/delivery of effective learning solutions and training delivery.
- Advise Managers on performance improvement and Talent growth
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement effective training programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, Talent Development or Leaning and Development
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor within the Property Industry or Professional Services
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience in managing diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
