Job role:HR Apprentice Level 3 – Learning and Development
Location: Hull
Duration: 16 months

The Knowledge part of the programme is the learning content mapped to the qualification. HR modules covered by the knowledge outcomes for this programme include:

· Business, culture and change in context.

· Principles of analytics, including remote working and use of technology

· Core behaviours for people professionals, including HR and business ethics.

· Essentials of people practice, including recruitment, wellbeing, flexible working, reward, and performance management.

The day to day activities of this role will be in supporting the learning and development team within the HR functions. Duties will vary from booking and recording of training, using a learning management system, supporting the learning and development trainers in various ways from booking rooms, printing off materials, ordering lunches etc. You will also be required to produce reports pulling in data from a number of different sources.

Entry requirements

· Driving Licence & Vehicle by start date

· 5x GCSEs including English L4 and Maths L5
