We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to join our team. The Human Resources Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including data entry, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Support HR team with employee relations matters and investigations
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Experience:
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Enjoy working with people
- High levels of attention to detail
- Capable with basic IT such as Microsoft Office.
