Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Assistant Manager are:
- Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardised processes, documents, and tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback and improvement actions on performance
- Assist in the monitoring and developing department accountabilities and ensuring job descriptions are aligned to each role.
- Degree of understanding corporate strategy, commitment and sense of belonging by people
- Assist with managing the recruitment and selection process and delegating tasks to the responsible HR employee.
- Assisting with employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required.

The successful HR Assistant Manager will be:
- Be immediately available
- Have worked in a leadership HR position
- Be able to get to Nottingham 3 days a week
- Be organised
- Have a wealth of experience within HR positions
Job Offer
